After 14 years of litigating high-stakes cases in the government, insurance, and corporate sectors, I am proud to announce the official launch of my own boutique litigation practice. My name is Simon Mkrtychan, and I founded Mkrtychan Law, APC to proudly serve individuals in Los Angeles and across all of California.
Throughout my career, I have had the unique privilege of seeing the legal system completely from the inside. I practiced as a criminal trial attorney as well as a juvenile dependency (DCFS) government attorney, and I spent years defending complex corporate interests, insurance carriers, and governmental entities. I know exactly how the government builds its cases, how social workers navigate dependency compliance, and how insurance companies calculate risk to protect their bottom lines.
I reached a defining point in my career where I wanted to leverage that precise insider's edge for a different purpose: helping everyday people protect their rights, absorb their heaviest legal burdens, and navigate the most challenging moments of their lives.
